Panoway on Wayzata Bay is an initiative to restore, protect and enhance a treasured asset for our community and broader region: Wayzata’s mile-long downtown lakefront. The multi-phase project is transforming the public shoreline on Lake Minnetonka, enhancing the lakefront experience and preserving it for years to come.
Project Approach: I worked with the City of Wayzata and community members to define their vision and scope to develop a plan to transform Wayzata’s downtown lakefront. I coordinated the design team selection process and managed the team, and positioned the project to move through city council approval. I also helped create the organization which would seek future public and philanthropic funding.
